27th Annual Fire and Ice Festival in Mount Holly, NJ was Buzzing with Chili Lovers!
FIRE represented the Chili Cook-off with nine LOCAL contestants with creations from venison to macaroni and cheese chili. These master pieces strive to win “Best Chili” and for 27-years there has been a “Best Chili” winner by Judge Vote and “Best Chili” by Popular Vote.
We Interviewed the 2020 Participants: The Local, The Robin’s Nest, Tomasello Winery, Deerwood Country Club, Gaetano’s Steaks & Subs, O’Connor’s American Bar & Grille, Burlington County Institute of Technology, Charito’s Kitchen and Zallie’s Fresh Kitchen.
ICE, represented ice sculptures carved by professional carvers from all over the east coast. Challenged by warm weather these sculptures carved away quickly before their art melted away. We interviewed Ice Carver Erik Cantine, Director of Food and Beverage at Ocean Downs Casino and his Apprentice Dakota Linton
